Business Procurement Manager (Geely Auto Brand) Geely Auto Brand is seeking a dedicated Business Procurement Manager to oversee vehicle and fixed asset management, administrative expenses, office environment, business travel, and cross‑departmental support. Responsibilities Vehicle Management: Responsible for full‑process management of the company’s official vehicles, including scheduling, usage registration, maintenance coordination, traffic violation handling, and annual inspection procedures to ensure safe and efficient travel support. Fixed Assets Management: Lead the establishment of a fixed assets ledger, perform daily registration, periodic inventory checks, record asset changes, and dispose of scrapped assets while collaborating with Finance to reconcile asset accounts. Office Environment Management: Coordinate office area maintenance, cleaning arrangements, daily inspection of facilities (air conditioners, printers), and fault repairs to maintain a clean, safe and efficient workspace. Administrative Expense Control: Oversee budget execution, reimbursement review, invoice sorting, and expense analysis for the General Affairs Department. Coordinate with Finance for compliance and support procurement cost optimization. Business Trip & Reception Management: Plan and coordinate employee business trips, book travel and accommodations, process reimbursement documents, and manage visitor reception to uphold a positive corporate image. Cross‑departmental Collaboration & Support: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, After‑Sales and other departments to arrange events, provide travel support, and relay procurement demands to improve supply chain efficiency. Administrative Process & File Management: Contribute to improving administrative systems, ensuring standardized processes, and manage filing of documents, contracts, vouchers for compliance and accessibility. Ad‑hoc Tasks: Execute additional administrative tasks assigned by superiors and respond proactively to emergency needs. Qualifications Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree or higher with a minimum of 2 years in administration or general affairs; automotive or FMCG industry experience preferred. Language Proficiency: Excellent English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills (90% of daily work); proficiency in Chinese is an advantage. Core Competencies: Strong service awareness, high execution capability, effective communication, coordination, problem‑solving, and basic data analysis for expense control and asset optimization. Skills & Qualifications: Proficiency in Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), valid driver’s license and independent driving ability.
