Le Head of Marketing est responsable de la stratégie d’acquisition et de la gestion des activités marketing, en charge de la génération de leads, de la gestion du site web et de l'optimisation des dépenses media. Il/elle assurera la définition de la stratégie marketing de Colonies en s’assurant de la cohérence de la marque et de l’atteinte des objectifs business en B2C comme en B2B.

Missions principales :
  • Définition et exécution de la stratégie marketing :
    • Élaboration et mise en œuvre de la stratégie à travers l'analyse des audiences, la définition des personas et la compréhension approfondie des parcours clients;

    • Développement de la roadmap marketing incluant les volets SEO, SEA, réseaux sociaux, et autres leviers d’acquisition de trafic;

    • Suivi des tendances du marché pour ajuster la stratégie de marque et d’acquisition.

  • Gestion du site web et contenu :
    • Définition et gestion de la stratégie de contenu web pour assurer l'alignement avec les objectifs de la marque et les besoins des utilisateurs;

    • Suivi de la performance du site (trafic, engagement, taux de conversion) et recommandations d'optimisation (UX/UI, contenu, SEO);

    • Pilotage des projets de refonte ou d'amélioration du site.

  • Initiatives de génération de leads :
    • Développement et mise en œuvre de programmes de génération de leads pour soutenir les équipes commerciales, avec un focus sur l’automatisation et le nurturing;

  • Gestion et optimisation des dépenses marketing :
    • Suivi et gestion du budget marketing digital (SEO, SEA, campagnes display, réseaux sociaux, etc.);

    • Analyse des performances des campagnes et optimisation des dépenses pour maximiser le retour sur investissement (ROI).

  • Gestion et pilotage de l’agence webmarketing :
    • Sélection, briefing et management (agence web, consultants SEO/SEA, etc.).

    • Suivi des KPIs, validation des livrables et gestion des contrats.

Compétences requises :
  • Solide expertise en SEO, SEA, gestion de campagnes digitales et optimisation de sites web.

  • Maîtrise des outils d’analyse web (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.) et de gestion de campagnes (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.).

  • Excellente compréhension des processus de génération de leads et du funnel marketing (B2B et B2C).

  • Capacité à gérer des projets complexes avec de multiples parties prenantes.

  • Expérience dans la gestion et l’optimisation de budgets marketing significatifs.

  • Excellente communication et compétences en gestion d’équipe.

Profil recherché :
  • Expérience de 5 à 10 ans en gestion de projets digitaux, incluant une expérience significative en stratégie digitale, SEO/SEA et gestion de sites web.

  • Expérience dans le management d'agences et de budgets marketing importants.

  • Capacité à travailler dans un environnement en évolution rapide et à gérer plusieurs projets en parallèle.
