This is a pivotal, high‑impact opportunity to become the architect of Anaplan's partner‑led growth across the France market. Your Role Anaplan seeks an experienced Alliance Director to lead our partner ecosystem in France. You will focus on partner recruitment, demand generation, awareness, and empowering partners to market and deliver Anaplan solutions. In This Role, You Will Develop and execute a comprehensive partner engagement strategy to promote Anaplan’s offerings across France. Drive demand generation initiatives collaboratively with partners and internal teams to ensure pipeline growth and attainment of joint revenue targets. Raise awareness of Anaplan’s solutions through enablement programs, workshops, and targeted communications for partner sales and delivery teams. Own partner readiness with the partner success team by defining and enforcing prerequisites, including certifications, solution knowledge, and delivery capability. Collaborate with marketing to create relevant content and campaigns tailored to partner audiences. Monitor partner performance and provide feedback, support, and strategic guidance to maximise partner contribution and success. Work cross‑functionally with sales, product, and customer success teams to align partner activities with overall business goals. Your Qualifications Deep expertise and regional experience in alliance management or partnership development, ideally supported by an advanced degree in business or related fields. Proven track record in software sales and revenue growth through strategic alliances, including experience with global system integrators, cloud providers, and other key partners at a regional or global level. Strong leadership skills, including ability to lead alliances and channels, develop and execute go‑to‑market strategies, and drive partner sales in complex, matrixed organizations. Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive presentation skills with the ability to influence diverse stakeholders and foster collaborative relationships. Experience in operational and strategic sales planning, partner business planning, marketing plans, and revenue‑driving program execution, coupled with commercial acumen and analytical skills. Fluent French and English required. Desired Skills & Attributes Cultural intelligence and sensitivity to effectively navigate diverse markets, business customs, and regulatory environments. Strategic thinking and business acumen to identify growth opportunities, anticipate market trends, and align alliance strategies with company objectives. Resilience and adaptability to thrive in dynamic, fast‑paced technology markets and manage complexities related to emerging technologies and evolving partner ecosystems. Customer‑centric mindset focused on driving partner‑enabled customer success and delivering measurable business outcomes through alliances. Familiarity with Anaplan or similar cloud‑based enterprise planning platforms is advantageous but not mandatory.
