Position OverviewThe ideal candidate should have a strong international background in managing group-wide tax strategies particularly across France Africa Latin America and Asia.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive aspects concerning corporate income tax withholding tax VAT / GST transfer pricing and international tax frameworks (BEPS OECD CFC etc.).Lead tax audits and resolve disputes with authorities in different regions (supported by local advisors).Hands-on experience implementing tax strategies across multiple jurisdictions to optimize effective tax rates.Design and manage tax governance compliance and risk frameworks across large organizations.Management of the holding company / fiscal integration.QualificationsStrong analytical and financial acumen.Proven delivery of measurable results in tax efficiency.Ideally experience in companies under LBO; Big 4 background also desirable.Qualified in law accounting or finance with advanced certifications (CTA CPA ACCA etc.).10 years experience in international groups.Culturally adaptable fluent in French & English (mandatory).Additional InformationContract: Permanent contractSalary: between 70000 and 85000 depending on profile and experienceAccéder à nos locaux lyonnaisMétro: À proximité immédiate des lignes B et D stations Place Guichard / Saxe-Gambetta.Vélo personnel: Un stationnement vélo sécurisé est disponible au sein de nos locaux.Vélov: Une station Vélov est située à 1 minute à pied ( voir la carte).Bonus: on est aussi un employeur engagé Pro VéloProcess de recrutementSi votre profil retient notre attention vous rencontrerez dabord les RH puis les responsables opérationnels.Chez Digital Virgo la diversité est notre force.
