Join to apply for the Senior Market Access Manager role at Syneos Health Commercial SolutionsSenior Market Access Manager/France will be responsible for developing and executing market access strategies and programs to ensure the availability and reimbursement of our products in France. This role requires a deep understanding of the healthcare system, regulatory environment, and payer landscape in France on national and local levels.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement market access strategies to secure access, reimbursement and optimal pricing for our productsLead negotiation strategy in front of payorsLead early access strategiesBuild and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare authorities, payers, and industry associationsConduct health economic analyses and prepare value dossiers to support product reimbursement applicationsMonitor and analyze changes in healthcare policies and regulations that impact market accessCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including medical, regulatory, and commercial, to align market access strategies with overall business objectivesProvide insights and recommendations to senior management on market access opportunities and challengesRepresent the company at industry conferences, meetings, and eventsEnsure compliance with applicable requirements, including EFPIA guidelines, French pharmaceutical regulations, and Syneos Health and client SOPs and ethical guidelinesRequirementsBachelor\'s degree in health economics, public health, business, or a related field; advanced degree preferredExperience in market access, health economics, or a related field within the pharmaceutical industry with a proven track recordStrong understanding of the French healthcare system, early access pathways, reimbursement processes, and regulatory environmentFamiliar with in-country compliance rules (Loi DMOS, Sapin II)Willingness to travel in-country and abroadExcellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamProficiency in French and EnglishAt Syneos Health, we are dedicated to building a diverse, inclusive and authentic workplace.
