Paris, France. Senior Market Access Manager / France will be responsible for developing and executing market access strategies and programs to ensure the availability and reimbursement of our products in France. This role requires a deep understanding of the healthcare system, regulatory environment, and payer landscape in France on national and local levels. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Develop and implement market access strategies to secure access, reimbursement and optimal pricing for our products Lead negotiation strategy in front of payors Lead early access strategies Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare authorities, payers, and industry associations Conduct health economic analyses and prepare value dossiers to support product reimbursement applications Monitor and analyze changes in healthcare policies and regulations that impact on market access Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including medical, regulatory, and commercial, to align market access strategies with overall business objectives Provide insights and recommendations to senior management on market access opportunities and challenges Represent the company at industry conferences, meetings, and events. Enforce strict adherence to all applicable compliance requirements, including EFPIA guidelines, French Pharmaceutical regulations, and Syneos Health, and client’s SOPs and ethical guidelines. REQUIREMENTS Bachelor’s degree in health economics, public health, business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred Rare Disease Experiences Experience in market access, health economics, or a related field within the pharmaceutical industry with a proven track record Strong understanding of the French healthcare system, early access pathways, reimbursement processes, and regulatory environment Familiar with in-country Compliance rules (Loi DMOS, Sapin II) Willingness to travel in-country and abroad Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficiency in French and English #J-18808-Ljbffr
