Job OverviewAs Business Unit Automotive & Speciality Lamps we support our vision and strategy by expanding our leading position in the automotive lighting market in OEM and Aftermarket. We are in a global leadership position in the automotive lamps business in traditional and LED applications and offer industry leading products in LED lighting to global OEM customers (e.g. with exchangeable LED light sources). We also tackle new growth opportunities in the Aftermarket with our automotive care and equipment portfolio.Become part of our ENI business line—a dynamic division that delivers innovative lighting solutions for entertainment and industrial applications worldwide. Our products are used in cinemas, industrial facilities, and other demanding environments where quality and precision are essential.ENI is currently undergoing an exciting transformation process: as part of a carve-out, the business line is being transferred to the corporate structure of USHIO Inc. as an independent unit. For you as Customer Service Senior Specialist (d/m/f), this means a unique opportunity to actively shape this change.ResponsibilitiesHandle customer inquiries via phone and email, providing accurate information on commercial, logistical, and technical matters in collaboration with expert teamsProcess and verify orders and delivery plans through EDI, Xchange, or SAPMonitor product availability, manage backorders, and ensure smooth logistics operationsValidate customer‑specific requirements (e.g., labeling, packaging, delivery methods) before order confirmationMaintain and update price lists and customer recordsManage and resolve disputes related to quality, delivery, or billing in partnership with internal stakeholdersSupport consignment inventory and export documentation when requiredQualificationsDegree in Business, Commerce, or related field.Several years of B2B Customer Service experience.Excellent communication skills and strong problem-solving ability.Fluency in English and French; additional European languages are a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
