Lead Subsea Offshore Installation Engineer M/FAt Vulcain Engineering, we support global industrial leaders in transitioning to sustainable and responsible models. We are seeking a Lead Subsea Offshore Installation Engineer based in Île-de-France.Position Overview:The Lead Subsea Offshore Installation Engineer reports to the Department of Tenders and Technical Support or an Integrated Project Team. The role involves developing technical documentation for offshore structure installation, considering client specifications, vessel capabilities, barge logistics, and on-site feasibility.Key Responsibilities:Develop technical documentation for offshore structures, including pipelines, risers, spools, jumpers, underwater structures, umbilicals, floats, anchors, buoys, and unloading lines.Collaborate with teams managing platform, pipeline, and wind turbine installations.Coordinate with departments such as Design, Operations, Assets, Purchasing, Subcontracting, and Tenders throughout the project lifecycle.Provide technical assistance onboard vessels during project execution.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Offshore Engineering, Naval Architecture, or related fields.Experience in offshore installation methods, preferably in oil and gas.Knowledge of subsea structures, pipeline installation, and offshore wind installations is a plus.Strong analytical skills and ability to develop technical solutions.Excellent communication skills in French and English; additional languages are a plus.Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively.Flexibility to adapt to project needs and operational challenges.Why Join Us:Vulcain Engineering offers a dynamic environment for contributing to innovative offshore engineering projects in sustainability. #J-18808-Ljbffr
