Parts Counter
- Handle the sale of spare parts, accessories, products and small equipment
- Welcome and serve customers at the counter or over the phone for spare parts purchases
- Listen to customer needs and respond to their requests
- Supply parts to workshop and field technicians
- Prepare quotes and place parts orders
- Take part in commercial actions related to spare parts
Logistics
- Receive, check and stock everything arriving at the agency (parts and machines)
- Prepare and dispatch parts sold to customers
- Manage and monitor site stock levels (inventory/depreciation)
- Ensure the shop reception area is well presented
- Comply with and apply customer account and account opening procedures
Administration
- Invoice customers and the workshop
- Follow up on outstanding customer invoices
- Check unallocated items, reservations and receipts without invoice
