Named Enterprise Account Executive – Public Sector, UAE (Paris or UK based) Join to apply for the Named Enterprise Account Executive – Public Sector, UAE (Paris or UK based) role at Databricks. We are looking for a creative, delivery‑oriented Account Executive to maximise the market opportunity for Databricks in the UAE. You will sell innovation and value to existing customers, identify new use cases, grow consumption, and guide deals forward to compress decision cycles. The role is based in the UK or Paris and operates on a fly‑in/fly‑out model. You will report to the Country Manager, UAE. Impact & Responsibilities Assess your territory and develop a successful execution strategy Drive quarter‑on‑quarter consumption growth in existing accounts Exceed activity and quarterly revenue targets Track all customer details including use case, purchase time frames, next steps, and forecasting in Salesforce Identify new use case opportunities and showcase value to existing customers Promote the value of the Databricks Data Intelligence Platform Orchestrate and utilise our field engineering teams to ensure valuable outcomes for clients Build and demonstrate value in all engagements to guide successful negotiations to close Qualifications Extensive understanding of the data platform, open‑source and cloud ecosystems Highly skilled in prospecting, research, and mapping key stakeholders Demonstrated success in value selling and developing a mutual action plan Ability to influence decision‑making and strategy with customer leadership teams Ability to establish credibility with the C‑suite Adept at selling to technical buyers Experience growing consumption and closing committed deals in a direct sales role Mastery of MEDDPICC Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience Fluency in English and Arabic required About Databricks Databricks is the data and AI company that unifies and democratizes data, analytics, and AI through its Data Intelligence Platform.
