Leading FMCG Company is seeking a Regional Sales Manager (Non-Foods) to lead and expand the regional sales footprint in South India. The role focuses on planning, directing, and implementing sales strategies to meet or exceed regional targets, while building a robust distribution network and managing Area Sales Managers.
Ideal candidates have 10–15 years in FMCG/Packaged Foods, with strong budgeting, forecasting, and cross-functional coordination experience.
