Welcome to your new role, as our next C&I Sales Manager (CSM) You will have a wide array of responsibilities, such as :Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share for our solar inverter and BESS productsIdentify, recruit, and manage a network of direct and indirect installers and system integratorsProvide technical and sales training to channel partners on our inverter and BESS product lineAnalyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategiesMeet or exceed sales targets by effectively managing the sales pipelineCollaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and materials for channel partnersRepresent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferencesProvide regular reports on sales performance, market insights, and channel partner activitiesWork closely with the product development team to provide market feedback and suggest product improvementsAnd many more.Who are youBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field; MBA is a plusFluency in French on at least C1 level, English at least B2.Minimum 3 years of experience in solar inverter sales or related solar energy productsProven track record in developing and managing successful sales channelsStrong technical knowledge of solar PV systems, particularly inverter and BESS technologyExcellent understanding of the solar energy market, including regulations and incentivesDemonstrated ability to build and maintain strong business relationshipsOutstanding communication and presentation skillsProficiency in CRM software and MS Office suiteWillingness to travel frequently (up to 50% of the time)Driving license. #J-18808-Ljbffr
