o Implement Company HSE requirements related to the service.Implement Company quality surveillance and quality management systemo Manage the inspections and inspectors.o Attend Pre-production meeting and kick-off meeting.o Visit manufacturer’s workshop.o Issue Inspection reports.o Issue Corrective Action Request when required.Supervise the Contractor surveillanceo Review of manufacturer and Contractor’s deliverables (ITP, heat treatment, forging, NDE, MPS, MPQT, etc.).o Review and assess the Contractor reporting.o Manage the Notification for Inspection, inspection reports, Inspection Release notes.o Manage the NCR, root cause analysis, and remedial action.Supervise the compilation of the Manufacturing Record BooksCoordinate with other disciplines (engineering, planning…) to follow the procurementMonitor the welding/coating/NDE qualifications in CTR premisesCoordinate with the local QA/QC team in Angola to supervise the SURF QA/QC activities on siteThe service provider shall have worldwide mobility to perform missions at suppliers' premises and construction yards.Requirements• Advanced expertise on oil and gas projects.• Advanced expertise in quality, welding, steel manufacturing processes, cladding processes, valves.• NDE, coating or quality certifications are a nice to have.• English is the main language of the service. #J-18808-Ljbffr
