Our typical recruitment timelines looks like this:Screening Call with CTO - to get to know each other, know about your past experiences and future aspirations (30 minutes)Depending on Screening call, this order might change:Technical and Behavioral Interview - further assess technical skills, problem-solving, and alignment with company culture.Live Technical Challenge - This role requires strong problem-solving and collaborative skills - knowing the programming language is a given. Our challenge is a real-world problem of Surfe - no LeetCode or abstract academic problems.
