Environmental & Social (E&S) Coordinator – External Consultant Start Date: February 2026 Location: Paris La Défense (CBX Tower) – Hybrid (part-time home office) Reporting to: REN Project HSSE Are you passionate about driving sustainability in renewable energy projects? Join us as an E&S Coordinator and play a key role in ensuring environmental and social compliance for onshore wind and solar projects during development and construction phases. In this role, you will: Lead E&S compliance across projects, aligning with company standards and international frameworks (IFC, EBRD, EIB, Equator Principles IV). Coordinate transversally with project teams and headquarters, contributing to E&S tools and reporting. Manage E&S studies end-to-end: from defining scope and budgets to supervising contractors and validating deliverables. Support construction phase compliance, ensuring ESMPs are implemented effectively and conducting site inspections when needed. What we’re looking for: Degree in Environmental Engineering or similar, with experience in social management. Proven expertise in ESIA processing, renewable energy projects, and construction E&S management. Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills. Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken). Ability to work autonomously and adapt in a dynamic environment.
