Senior Care Ops Role The Care Ops team supports the Care Community globally (France, Belgium, Spain, Canada) by providing tools, processes, and data to deliver on our roadmap and strategic plan. Care Ops is accountable for operational excellence and efficiency, enabling the Community to offer a delightful service at scale. Key Responsibilities Strategic Management of Outsourced Activities Own the strategic plan for outsourced Care activities globally, aligned with Care’s plan and ambitious goals. Engage and align external partners on Alan’s vision and Care’s strategic priorities. Lead RFP processes: scope definition, selection criteria, comparative analysis, recommendations, and contract negotiation. Planning & Operational Performance Define and maintain the Outsourcing Area roadmap and priorities. Be accountable for external partners’ operational performance (member satisfaction, productivity, SLA adherence, backlog). Own external cost management: monitor unit economics, drive cost‑per‑ticket reductions, and ensure quality. Area Leadership Lead the Outsourcing Area—Care Ops + Care Specialists. Establish clear mission, roles,šne rituals for the area. Coach and grow each member’s scope and impact. Your Skills & Experience Excellent written and verbal communication in English and French; adapt messaging for front‑line teams, C‑level, and external partners. 닉 Strong strategic thinking; translate Care’s roadmap into a clear outsourcing strategy. Proven experience leading relationships with external partners (BPOs, vendors): set expectations, challenge performance, negotiate, build trust. Excellent project management; drive multiple complex initiatives in parallel. Passionate about operational performance and process optimisation; design pragmatic solutions, iterate quickly while upholding high standards. Leadership ability: set direction, give feedback, help teammates grow. Comfortable making decisions in ambiguity; work independently in a fast‑paced environment. We’re looking for someone who has led and delivered a significant part of an operational or Care strategic plan, with clear ownership on outcomes. Experience in a tech or high‑growth environment is preferred. Direct experience with outsourcing or vendor management is a strong plus but not mandatory. Key expectations: Own a complex scope end‑to‑end. Work with multiple stakeholders (internal and external). Use data & structured thinking to make trade‑offs, drive durable improvements.
