Operations & Product Builder role Our Operations team delivers insurance and healthcare products at scale, efficiently and delightfully. You’ll join 30+ passionate Ops members from five countries and help scale our operations in an international, high‑growth environment. Key Responsibilities Provide an ops perspective to Alan’s strategy and build organisational processes that enable continuous product disruption. Own and implement strategic projects such as launches of new insurance products, internalisation of processes, and creation of new health service offerings. Industrialise operations: track efficiency, identify risks, and implement automation (e.g., Zapier, n8n). Perform, monitor and scale daily business operations and supervise the insurance‑operations or health‑professional teams. Handle external partnerships (teleconsultations, etc.) and manage key stakeholder relationships. Coach, mentor, and grow team members, ensuring continuous feedback and skill development. Desired Qualifications At least 2 years of professional experience in Operations management or entrepreneurship. Fluency in English and at least one of Spanish, French, or Dutch. Strong analytical skills with SQL fluency for data analysis. Ability to build and automate processes (Zapier, n8n, etc.). Experience launching and steering projects with a clear vision and monitoring day‑to‑day progress. Proven capacity to optimise processes while maintaining member delight. Comfortable in fast‑paced environments, adept at dealing with uncertainty and prioritising efficiency. Collaborative attitude, open to hands‑on work and challenging past decisions.
