He/She ensures the management, support, and skills development of the department’s employees.ResponsibilitiesManagement and development of the teamManage the S&OP process for the documentation team to ensure medium and long term load-capacity balanceParticipate in the documentation quotation and P0 meetingImprove team efficiencyPromote the improvement of team skills and cross-trainingGive feedback to team membersFormalize assessments in due timeHelp people manage their time by coordinating and delegating appropriatelyDefine SMART goals in line with the company’s objectivesIntegrating continuous improvement into daily lifeGather anomalies, select priorities and eliminate prioritiesImprove the maturity of key processesStandardize workManaging knowledgeManagement Of Documentation Is In Line WithThe satisfaction of customer needsContribution to the Quote Review and the Commercial Contract ReviewContribution to the Review of the Technical Contract and KOMRegulated documentationContribute to lessons learned reviewsThe timely delivery of documentation elementsEnsure detailed documentation Planning and monitoring are properly carried out on each contractPerform regulated documentation on timeThe quality of the customer experience with Ingersoll Rand, thanks to a good interface with the customerDocumentation improvement process to deliver a service within the allotted timeImplement a culture of continuous improvement within the teamImplement real knowledge management processesBasic QualificationsSimilar experience in an industrial environment, especially in oil and gas products.1st experience in management required.Fluent in French and English.Travel & Work Arrangements/RequirementsNo travel.Key CompetenciesDemonstrated knowledge in project managementCustomer focusRigor, autonomy and sense of analysisSense of anticipation and ability to work under pressureExcellent coordination and communication skillsWhat We OfferFixed packageComputer #J-18808-Ljbffr
