The mobile communications industry is evolving fast, and we’re expanding our award-winning CPaaS offerings to match the pace of innovation.About The RoleIn a growing B2B environment specializing in mobile marketing, we are looking for a Marketing Specialist capable of leading and executing 360° marketing initiatives, both in internal and external communications, targeting the business and partner market in France. The position requires a high level of autonomy, strong versatility, and the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders (internal teams, partners, clients, and service providers) to promote the company’s brand image and achievements to various audiences.Key ResponsibilitiesWeb and Digital: Manage the company’s website and oversee social media channelsWeb and Digital: Manage brand visibility: organic search (SEO)Web and Digital: Design and drive lead generation initiativesWeb and Digital: Set up and manage acquisition advertising campaigns: KPIs (conversions, clicks, campaigns, ROI, etc.)Campaigns: Lead customer acquisition and retention campaignsMarketing Content: Define and manage the marketing plan and editorial strategyMarketing Content: Design, create, and write the company’s marketing materials: customer testimonials, white papers, guides, magazines, blog articles, etc.Marketing Content: Organize and host webinars in collaboration with other teamsProducts And Offers: Create sales collateral and product presentation materialsEvents: Contribute to the organization of events: trade shows, networking clubs, team-building activitiesRequired Experience And Skills3–5 years of experience in a similar marketing role (in-house or agency)Strong autonomy and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslySolid B2B marketing experience (especially acquisition & lead generation)Excellent command of French (written and spoken, flawless spelling)Good written and spoken EnglishStrong digital marketing skills:Website management (CMS)Social media management (especially LinkedIn)Analytics and performance tracking (KPIs, conversions, ROI)Experience managing acquisition and retention campaignsAbility to collaborate with multiple stakeholders (internal teams, partners, clients, providers)Excellent writing and content creation skillsAbility to work under deadlines and prioritize effectivelyOptional SuperpowersDegree from a business school (ESC) or formal education in Marketing & CommunicationExperience in mobile marketingAdvanced SEO expertiseHands-on experience with paid acquisition tools (Google Ads) beyond basicsProficiency with design tools: Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)Canva, FigmaExperience organizing webinars and professional events (trade shows, networking events)Experience creating long-form content (white papers, guides, magazines)Prior experience working in a fast-growing or scale-up B2B environmentWhy Join LINKA fast-moving, international environment with high autonomy and trustReal growth opportunities, mentorship, and learning supportAccess to our Employee Share Purchase Program (20% discount on LINK stock)The chance to work on products used by millions across EuropeWant to know more about our company culture?
