Purpose The HSM Business Line is hiring a HSM / Cybersecurity PreSales Engineer , reporting directly to the head of the business line. Key Missions As a Pre-Sales HSM Engineer, you will play an integral role in new business solution pitches, foster long-term relationships. You main responsibilities will be to : assist in qualifying sales leads from a technical standpoint. Become the SME of the product, work effectively with Sales, Offer Manager, Technical Support Team and R&D Act as the main technical interface on sales calls and answer / educate the customer on HSM capabilities and use cases Provide channel partners sustainable training, technical expertise and on-going support Provide complex design and systems engineering configurations Maintain a high level of technical knowledge of Cyber security solutions and the relevant industry Participate in the development and support of presentations for customers and partners Support clients in the implementation and execution of Proof of Concepts (PoCs) Participate in RFP responses, pre-bid meetings, and cross-reference activities Deliver demonstrations of the solution’s features to client Profile & Other Information Engineering degree. Proven experience in PreSales activities of cybersecurity products and / or cryptographic products. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
