Key Missions As a HSM Program Manager, you will manage implementation programs for both internal and external customers, playing an integral role in new business solution deliveries. You main responsibilities will be to : Define and maintain the program roadmap aligned with business objectives and regulatory requirements. Establish governance frameworks, policies, standards and KPIs for HSM programs. Bring all stakeholders together to deliver security products and solutions to our customers. Interact with internal experts to put in place solutions, identify possible issues and implement mitigation strategies Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams to ensure program milestones are met. Communicate progress and status updates to stakeholders and senior leadership. Profile & Other Information Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (Engineering’s preferred) 2+ years of proven experience in customer and transversal project management Agile, Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. Skills in cryptography, security, IT, cybersecurity, HSM Proficiency in tools such as MS Project, Jira, Confluence, or similar.
