And we need people like you to make it happen.Job SummaryWe are looking for a highly motivated person to reinforce the Field Service Operations team.As a Service Engineer, you will be a part of a professional and dedicated team responsible for delivering technical support to our customers by providing preventive maintenance and technical services.You will act as an ambassador for Tetra Pak and help maintain the company’s reputation for commitment and service.Tetra Pak will give you the opportunity to increase your knowledge and gain experience in mechanics and electronics by performing services on our clients’ sites mainly in France, and occasionally in EU Countries.Expected traveling of more than 80%.What you will doLead, install, and commission Tetra Pak processing equipment or full linesInstall and commission upgrades (process, automation, or mechanical)Train customer operators & maintenance techniciansTroubleshoot and solve simple & complex (process, automation, mechanical) issuesPerform preventive and corrective maintenance for processing equipmentPrepare quality reports promptly: technical assistance reports, maintenance reports, etc.Establish and maintain a continuous positive relationship with customers including support and follow-upWe believe you haveTechnical education in electromechanical with automation skillsAt least 3 to 5 years of experience in industrial installations, maintenance, and/or service work, but we are open for graduates as wellEnthusiastic, service-oriented, and flexible team playerAble to take responsibility for customer equipment and satisfactionEnglish knowledge in word and writingElectrical skills:Being able to read and understand electrical schemesBeing able to perform electrical work and troubleshootingUnderstanding of PLCs (preferably Siemens)Able to upload and download a programAble to understand and modify software preferably S7, TIA Portal (it is not required that you know how to develop a program)Industrial software: knowledge of Aveva (Wonderware) software is nice to haveCompliance with all safety regulationsClass B driver's licenseWe Offer YouVariety of exciting challenges with ample opportunities for development and training in a truly global landscapeA culture that pioneers the spirit of innovation where our engineering genius drives visible resultsEqual opportunity employment experience that values difference and diversityMarket competitive compensation and benefits with flexible working arrangementsInvolvement in our technical training programCompany car, laptop, smartphone (iPhone)Daily allowanceApply NowIf you are inspired to be part of our promise to protect what’s good; for food, people, and the planet, apply through our careers page at https://jobs.tetrapak.com/.About the companyTetra Pak is a Swedish-Swiss multinational food packaging and processing company with head offices in Lund, Sweden, and Pully, Switzerland. #J-18808-Ljbffr
