Senior Design Engineer Solutions Engineering team at Arm: design and verify system-based solutions across various application segments using the latest IP products from Arm and other vendors. We seek a creative and skilled colleague to develop solutions that deliver maximum efficiency in power consumption, performance, and area while ensuring correct functional behavior. Collaboration with architecture, verification, performance analysis, power analysis, implementation, and IP teams is essential to enable our partners’ success. Responsibilities As a hardware design engineer you will: Develop microarchitecture and RTL code in System Verilog for low‑power designs. Run design checks, identify and fix bugs. Create plans and define new features for solutions targeting various markets. Collaborate with architecture, verification, performance analysis, power analysis, implementation and IP teams. Required Skills and Experience Graduate from a university or engineering school in Computer Science, Mathematics, Electronic/Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Thorough understanding of SoC/ASIC (or FPGA) design methodologies and techniques. Experience in microarchitecture and RTL design using Verilog/System Verilog focused on low‑power design of complex SoCs/ASICs. Proficiency in written and spoken English. Nice to Have Skills and Experience Experience with UPF for low‑power RTL development constraints. Experience with AMBA protocols such as CHI, AXI, APB, AHB. Basic scripting languages (Perl/TCL/Python). Knowledge of hardware verification techniques. Accommodations at Arm We want to build extraordinary teams.
