Sales Manager We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth The ideal candidate will possess strong management skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record in retail or sales management. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee sales operations, develop strategic initiatives, and foster a high-performing team within a fast-paced environment. The successful applicant will be responsible for managing sales activities, supervising staff, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets while maintaining exceptional customer service standards. Responsibilities Lead and manage the sales team to meet and exceed organisational sales objectives. Develop and implement effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns. Supervise daily sales operations, including merchandising, stock management, and customer interactions. Provide training, coaching, and support to team members to enhance their performance and professional development. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities. Maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders through excellent communication and phone etiquette. Organise team schedules, set targets, and track performance metrics using organisational skills. Oversee administrative tasks related to sales reporting, forecasting, and budgeting. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while fostering a positive work environment. Manage organisational resources efficiently to optimise productivity. Qualifications Proven experience in management roles within retail or sales environments; supervising experience is essential. Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively. Demonstrable success in sales management, merchandising, and organisational planning. Proficiency in administrative tasks such as reporting, scheduling, and data analysis. Exceptional time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
