The Opportunity ANKH Executive is supporting a global market leader in Cards & Payments in the exclusive appointment of a Senior Solution Consultant, based in Dubai. You will work at the front end of the commercial engine — partnering with experienced enterprise sales leaders on strategic pursuits, competitive take-outs and large transformation programs across IMEA. This is a hands-on, senior role requiring confidence, independence and strong judgement in complex, fast-moving deal environments. What You Will Own End-to-end presales ownership across IMEA Strategic partnership with senior sales leaders throughout the full sales cycle RFI/RFP leadership, solution positioning and competitive differentiation Executive-level product demonstrations, workshops and proof-of-concepts Translation of regulatory, technical and business requirements into clear solution architectures Advisory engagement on Cards & Payments modernisation, including issuing, fraud, chargebacks and instant payments Collaboration with product, delivery and commercial teams to shape deal structure and scope Continuous awareness of market trends, competitor positioning and regional dynamics What Makes You a Strong Fit 10+ years in presales / solution consulting within fintech or enterprise technology 5+ years specifically in Cards, Issuing and Payments presales Strong understanding of issuing platforms, DCMS, fraud & chargebacks, mobile and instant payments Proven experience supporting complex enterprise sales cycles with banks Commercial mindset and credibility with senior sales and client stakeholders Able to work independently and manage multiple strategic pursuits in parallel Language, Region & Mobility Fluent professional English is mandatory French is highly desirable; Arabic is a plus Experience across the Middle East, Africa and/or Francophone markets is strongly valued Due to travel requirements, candidates must hold a passport allowing visa-light or visa-free access to key destinations Professionals currently based in Europe, the UK, or the Middle East, with strong Cards & Payments presales experience and interest in relocating to Dubai, are encouraged to apply. Technology Exposure (Highly Valued) Experience with platforms or services from vendors such as: FIS, Fiserv, ACI, Euronet, HPS, Global Payments, NCR, Temenos, Finastra, Oracle/Flexcube, SAP, TCS, Accenture, Capgemini, DXC, Cognizant, Infosys/Finacle, SS&C, Smartstream, Broadbridge or similar.
