ASIC Program Manager

You will lead the migration of our tracker from an FPGA to a dedicated ASIC, coordinating all external partners involved in the development (design, verification, backend, foundry, testing). Your objective is to ensure project delivery on time, within quality and budget constraints, enabling Wheere to industrialize its technology and become the integrator of its own solution. Your Responsibilities Project Management & Coordination Coordinate external partners: ASIC design houses, IP vendors, foundries, and industrial partners. Provide regular reporting to management and partners. Identify and manage project risks, and propose corrective action plans. Technical Oversight Understand the technical challenges to validate key milestones and challenge partners on their deliverables. Ensure technical consistency of design choices and proper integration across all stakeholders. Monitor quality, power consumption, performance, and industrialization aspects of the SoC. Interface & Communication Act as the main point of contact between Wheere and all technical stakeholders involved in the project. Facilitate communication between internal teams (product, hardware, software) and external partners. Contribute to strategic decisions regarding technology choices (process node, packaging, testing, production). Candidate Profile Engineering degree or equivalent in electronics, microelectronics, or industrial computing. Proven experience (8+ years) in ASIC/SoC project management, including coordination of external partners. Strong understanding of the full ASIC development lifecycle (specification → tape-out → production). Excellent communication, planning, and risk management skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr
