Provide level 2 application support and handle production incidents.
Monitor applications and processing/jobs using monitoring tools.
Participate in production deployments and the integration of application changes.
Ensure the operational continuity of applications.
Diagnose incidents and implement corrective actions.
Update operational procedures and runbooks/documentation.
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure the quality and availability of services.

You have experience in IT production, operations, or application integration.
You are proficient with some or all of the following technologies: Linux (CentOS), Oracle, MySQL, SQL, Apache, Tomcat, Java, Control-M, Dynatrace, Splunk, IBM Tivoli Monitoring (ITM), Shell scripting, digital certificates (PKI).
Recognised for your rigor, analytical skills, autonomy, and organisational abilities.
