Reporting to theOticonSenior Director ofOperations you will be overall responsibleforwarehousing anddistributionof Oticon Medicals product portfoliotocustomersworldwide.TasksLead the distribution transfer project and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders (IT, Sales, ERP, Finance)Recruit and manage the onsite team in Vallauris overseeing central distribution operationsDesign and deploy regional and local distribution networks as part of a global programEnsure cost-efficient operations by defining, monitoring and ensuring compliance with the annual budgetContribute to ERP validation for logistics and distribution activitiesDefine and implement procedures to optimize flows in compliance with medical device GMP requirementsSupport commercial activities through robust logistics processes, including returns management, repair replacements and loan device fleet managementEnforce applicable rules and proceduresAnalyze and execute changes in line with regulatory requirements and company strategic decisionsDefine distribution strategy and required resourcesSecure daily operations and support ramp-up phases while maintaining a high level of serviceDevelop and monitor KPIsEnsure on-time, in-full delivery to distributors and customers worldwideProfileMaster’s degree (Bac+5) in Logistics / Supply ChainMinimum 5 years’ experience in logistics and distribution within an international environmentSolid experience in financial monitoring and budget follow-upTechnical skills / Know-how:Strong expertise in logistics and distribution, including inventory management and loaner servicesGood knowledge of regulatory requirements in the pharmaceutical and/or medical device industryGood understanding of customs management and transportation regulationsProven experience in accounting and financial processesConfirmed experience as an ERP userInterpersonal skills:Strong leadership and people management skills with a hands-on approachExperience working in a global, multicultural organizationProven ability in overall organizational managementStrong analytical skills with the ability to assess complex situations and make decisionsAbility to influence stakeholders and management to achieve resultsFull professional proficiency in English (written, spoken, read) #J-18808-Ljbffr
