We’re looking for a Strategy & AI Operations Intern for 6 months, to work closely with leadership on scaling AI & automation initiatives while driving high-impact strategy and operations projects across the business.This is a hands-on role with strong exposure to decision-making, execution, and internal AI adoption. Reporting directly to our Chief of Staff, your main responsibilities will include:AI OperationsSupport the GM in defining and driving the AI & automation strategy and key initiatives.Help structure and maintain the internal AI use-case / agent portfolio (documentation, playbooks, rollout support).Design and build automation workflows using tools like n8n (and similar) to improve internal efficiency.Track adoption and performance across teams and geographies; identify blockers and propose actionable fixes.Contribute to enablement and adoption (training assets, toolkits, demos, internal communication, community activation).Strategy & OperationsAct as a problem-solver to the GM on diverse business topics and priority initiatives.Lead or co-own cross-functional projects from scoping to execution (cost savings, GTM experiments, AI pilots, operational excellence initiatives).Prepare materials for leadership meetings and follow up on leadership action items.Coordinate stakeholders, drive timelines, and ensure high-quality delivery.Conduct market research, competitive benchmarking, and financial modeling to inform major decisions.Build executive-ready memos and recommendations on high-priority topics.Track key KPIs, surface performance insights, and maintain business dashboards (Tableau/BI); support data extraction and analysis with SQL when needed.You will be a great fit for the Strategy & AI Operations Internship at Adikteev if you:Are currently enrolled in a Master’s program (Business, Engineering, Economics, Data/Analytics, or related field) at a top-tier university or school (or equivalent).Possess strong analytical skills; comfortable working in Google Sheets (experience with SQL and/or BI tools is a plus).Excellent written and verbal communication; able to synthesize complex topics into clear insights, slides, and narratives.Proven ability to take ownership, work independently, and perform well in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.Strong project management habits: structured, organized, and reliable, with solid follow-through.Entrepreneurial mindset: proactive, resourceful, curious, and eager to solve problems and drive impact.Previous internship experience in strategy consulting, finance, strategy/ops, or high-growth startups is a plus (but not mandatory for outstanding candidates).Please note that, to comply with employment regulations, applicants are required to maintain residency and be legally authorized to work in France or the European Union in order to be considered for this internship.4 1/2 days work week (Fridays afternoon off);€9 Lunch Vouchers (Tickets Restaurant - SWILE card - 50% of the contribution covered by Adikteev);50% of transportation fees covered by Adikteev (Navigo Pass);What to expect as you move through our hiring process:A HR Call with Mélanie, Talent Acquisition Partner;A team fit interview with Moez, Chief of Staff;A case study to complete remotely and present to Moez and Xavier, co-founder & CEO.If you require accommodations at any stage of the application process, please let us know.
