We are looking for a structured, hands-on
Operations Intern

to join our team in Paris. This role supports key internal workflows, coordination across teams, and the day-to-day delivery of customer projects.

You will work at the intersection of
operations, product, and customer delivery

, playing a client-facing role while also owning and maintaining operational and platform documentation. This position offers strong exposure to both internal tools and customer-facing processes.


The Role

– Operations intern 

What you'll do:

  • Track, prioritize, and follow up on internal and external operational tasks
  • Coordinate across product, engineering, and customer teams to ensure alignment and timely execution
  • Support
    customer onboarding

, project delivery, and ongoing client operations
- Act as a
client-facing point of contact

for operational follow-ups, status updates, and coordination
- Create, maintain, and improve
process and platform documentation

(internal and customer-facing)
- Build and maintain operational dashboards and performance reports
- Support the automation of workflows using tools such as
Make, Activepieces, or n8n
- Contribute to continuous improvement of internal processes and tooling

What we're looking for

  • Strong organizational, communication, and follow-up skills
  • Comfortable working across multiple tools and collaborating with different teams
  • Fluent in
    English

and at least one additional language (Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, etc.)
- Experience with tools such as
Trello, Notion, Google Sheets

, or dashboarding platforms

Bonus Skills

  • Knowledge of
    SQL, Python

, or workflow automation
- Previous exposure to SaaS operations, customer success, or process documentation

This position is open in our Paris office, ideally located in the center of Paris near Gare de Lyon  (metro lines 1 & 14 - RER A & D - Train R).
