Apply deep functional knowledge across SAP SuccessFactors modules to support HR processes and ensure optimal system usage. User Support and Incident Resolution Investigate, analyze, and resolve user-reported incidents, providing timely fixes or effective workarounds to minimize business disruption. Change Request Implementation Assess, design, and deliver system enhancements and configuration changes based on user requests and evolving business needs. Perform detailed analysis of recurring issues to identify underlying causes and propose permanent corrective measures. HR Process Optimization Collaborate with HR stakeholders to review existing processes and recommend system-based improvements within SuccessFactors. Integration Support with SAP ECC / HCM Monitor and maintain seamless data integration between SAP SuccessFactors and SAP ECC, including relevant HCM components. Proactive System Monitoring Regularly review system performance, interfaces, and data flows to detect potential issues before they impact operations. Configuration Management Maintain configuration documentation and ensure consistent alignment with system design, governance, and change control standards. Testing and Validation Prepare and execute test scenarios for new configurations, patches, and releases to ensure stability and compliance with business requirements. Knowledge Sharing and Documentation Develop and maintain functional documentation, guides, and FAQs to support continuous learning and reduce repetitive issues. Identify opportunities to enhance system efficiency, user experience, and data accuracy through process and configuration improvements. Collaboration with Technical and Functional Teams Work closely with cross-functional SAP and IT teams to coordinate issue resolution, integration updates, and enhancement projects. Compliance and Data Integrity Assurance Ensure all SAP HR and SuccessFactors activities comply with internal control standards, data protection policies, and audit requirements. Requirements Senior SAP SuccessFactors Experience Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as an SAP consultant, with hands-on exposure to SuccessFactors modules. Module Expertise Proficient in at least one of the following SuccessFactors modules: Employee Central, Recruiting, Learning Management, or Performance & Goals. Multinational Team Experience Experience working in multinational SAP support teams, delivering services to large-scale clients. Analytical Skills Strong analytical abilities to assess complex issues, identify root causes, and provide effective solutions. Troubleshooting Expertise Proven problem-solving skills with a track record of resolving functional and system-related issues efficiently. Communication Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with business stakeholders and IT teams. Interpersonal Skills Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with colleagues and clients in a collaborative environment. Teamwork and Collaboration Proven team player with experience contributing positively to group efforts and cross-functional projects. Flexibility and Adaptability Capable of adjusting to changing priorities, processes, and evolving business requirements. Learning Mindset Willingness and motivation to continuously learn and expand expertise across additional SAP SuccessFactors modules. Process Improvement Awareness Ability to recommend enhancements to existing processes or configurations to optimize SAP SuccessFactors usage. Support Mindset Experience providing ongoing support and maintenance, including incident and change management in SuccessFactors environments.
