We’re looking for you to define solutions that improve the guest booking experience across our Agoda products, collaborating with cross-functional partners.Get to Know Our Team: The Design team is a diverse group of product designers and researchers that help to build Agoda’s products from our home office in Bangkok. Being a product-driven company, we constantly partner with product managers and engineers to understand user problems and design workflows, interactions, and visual interfaces. Focus on your craft to improve or expand your skill set, or step into a managerial role and flex your talents as a designer and driver of team projects.Experience Requirements & Role Expectations:6+ years of full-time experience as a product designer for digital or web-based products; in-house experience highly preferred.Create visually stunning, intuitive, and delightful interfaces, and independently deliver pixel-perfect UI and seamless interactions.You are highly experienced in UI design, with deep knowledge of design patterns and a creative approach to solving problems through user interfaces.Proficient in both quantitative and qualitative research, with hands-on experience running user interviews, synthesizing findings, and generating actionable insights to inform design decisions.Take full ownership of the design process for a dedicated scrum, from discovery to delivery.Partner with Product managers to shape product vision and roadmap.Has experience of managing multiple stakeholders within an agile development processStrong communicator who can articulate design rationale, influence stakeholders, and build trust across disciplines.A strong portfolio of work that demonstrates your design thinking, process, and solutions showcasing beautiful, user-centered web and mobile product design.Day to day, it looks like:Running discovery phases and helping define product requirementsTesting prototypes and hypotheses with users to collect feedbackPresent your work to peers and leadership, async and in-personTake part in weekly design critiques, workshops, all hands, and squad meetingsThink and write about your process and detailing your decisionsChampion cohesion and consistency in UX design that unites a growing family of products/featuresBe a strategic leader with a vision in how to implement experiences that represent the most customer-centric intersection between design, business, content, and technology.Senior Product Designer at Agoda means you have a track record of:You work alongside your design partners in driving discovery and ideation workshops and align the group around a vision and approachYou have a track record of crafting sophisticated flows and customer journeysYou can think and craft at a system level, not just interface elements or pagesYou’ll regularly make use of your soft skills: listening, negotiating, decision-makingYou can balance multiple priorities and successfully deliver in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Qualities we value in designers:Effective articulation of ideas and design solutionsExpressing feedback with kindness and candorTolerance for ambiguity and healthy curiosityTranslation of quantitative & qualitative insights into design decisionsContribution to our culture: motivation, optimism, quality, integrityEqual Opportunity Employer At Agoda, we pride ourselves on being a company represented by people of all different backgrounds and orientations.
