Our complementary business segments, Technology, Products and Services (TPS) and Project Delivery, turn innovation into scalable and industrial reality.Through collaboration and excellence in execution, our 17,000+ employees across 34 countries are fully committed to bridging prosperity with sustainability for a world designed to last.About the mission we offer you:The Senior Consolidation Analyst will be responsible for supporting the consolidation team in the preparation of financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and assisting with the quarterly closing process.General Accounting & Financial ReportingAssist in the preparation of financial statements and reportsEnsure compliance with IFRS standards and the group’s policiesPerform some key analysis of financial data and provide insights into managementSupport the entities part of the consolidation perimeter in the quarterly closing processEnsure proper implementation of new IFRS standards within the consolidation perimeter and assess their impact on group reportingCollaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely reportingPreparation of the quarterly reporting on the disclosure management tool (Workiva)Participate in ad-hoc projects as requiredSupervise and mentor junior team members involved in consolidation tasks and financial reportingHFM upgradesCoordinate HFM system upgrades (version migrations, patches, and enhancements) with IT and external consultantsEnsure the application’s stability and functionality post-upgrade through comprehensive testing and validationDocument system changes and provide end-user training on new featuresAudit & ComplianceCoordinate with internal and external auditors for financial auditsEnsure compliance with IFRS, tax regulations, and internal controlsDevelop and maintain documentation for audit trials and financial proceduresTeam CollaborationSupport finance team members and cross-functional teamsCross functional interaction with other support functions to align financial processesProvide financial insights and recommendations to senior managementWe offer not only a job, but an inspiring journey in a truly global environment with many opportunities for career growth and development.About you:We would love to hear from you and how you match this position.To be successful in this mission you should consider the following requirements:Master’s degree in accounting or finance from a top business school (Grande Ecole program)About 4-6 years of experience in accounting or financeStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to work in a rapidly changing work environmentRigor and organizationStrong communication and interpersonal skillsFluency in English and in French (written and oral)Fundamental experience in Consolidation tool knowledge (HFM) would be a plusProficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting softwareYour career with usWorking at Technip Energies is an inspiring journey, filled with groundbreaking projects and dynamic collaborations.
