Description du poste CDI – Paris – Client final Responsable Vendor Management À partir de 100 K€ Kaino, cabinet de recrutement spécialisé, recrute un Responsable Vendor Management pour un client final dans un contexte de transformation digitale et de renforcement du pilotage de la performance de l’IT Group. Rattaché à la Direction de la Transformation Digitale, vous intervenez comme référent stratégique de la relation fournisseurs IT, avec une forte exposition auprès du top management. Le poste combine enjeux financiers majeurs, leadership transverse et rôle clé dans la transformation du groupe. MISSIONS Pilotage stratégique des fournisseurs Définir la stratégie Vendor Management en lien avec les priorités de transformation Animer la gouvernance des fournisseurs clés et structurer des partenariats durables Être l’interlocuteur de référence sur les sujets fournisseurs auprès des instances de pilotage Management & structuration Encadrer l’équipe Vendor Management (5p) Harmoniser les pratiques, méthodes et outils de pilotage fournisseurs au niveau Groupe Performance, risques & conformité Piloter la performance fournisseurs (SLA, indicateurs, plans d’actions) Anticiper et maîtriser les risques liés aux fournisseurs et aux contrats Superviser la gestion et l’optimisation des licences logicielles Contrats & appels d’offres Superviser le cycle de vie contractuel en coordination avec les Achats et le Juridique Contribuer aux appels d’offres structurants et aux renouvellements stratégiques Optimisation & amélioration continue Identifier des leviers d’optimisation budgétaire et de rationalisation du portefeuille Apporter une expertise Vendor Management aux programmes et équipes IT Profil recherché Formation supérieure Bac+5 Expérience confirmée en Vendor Management, achats IT ou gestion contractuelle IT Pratique des environnements IT complexes et internationaux Pilotage de fournisseurs stratégiques et de contrats IT de plusieurs millions d’euros Solide compréhension de l’écosystème fournisseurs IT (Cloud, SaaS, infogérance, ESN) Maîtrise des enjeux contractuels, de performance, de risques et de conformité Culture juridique appliquée aux contrats IT Leadership affirmé et posture de directeur Forte capacité de négociation et de communication Capacité à influencer, structurer et fédérer des acteurs transverses Orientation résultats et amélioration continue Français et anglais courants POURQUOI LES REJOINDRE ?
