Our Ramify team, composed of 20 talented professionals, is seeking driven individuals across all sectors who want to make a significant impact, move fast, and deliver transformative results in wealth management.### About the Customer Portfolio Management (CPM) teamThe Ramify Client Portfolio Management team is effectively the public face of the investment business, responsible for client relationship, new product development, business strategy and planning, client communications and the ongoing development of marketing materials. Moreover, team members are responsible for communicating the investment solutions and processes to potential clients, interpreting portfolio performance and analytics for existing clients, and serving as the bridge between our clients and the research team.### In this role, you will:* Serve as a product expert on Ramify investment products, offering tailor-made portfolios, with asset classes ranging from Fixed Income to Private Markets* Deliver an amazing client experience; no matter what. You will have to explain investment, personal finance and stock trading concepts in a simple, accurate and accessible way* Monitor feedback and highlight opportunities with persistent follow-up* Identify client solutions/products to market* Work with our quantitative investment team (QIS) to develop products* Prepare relevant marketing materials* Be accountable for meeting or exceeding daily volume targets, interacting with clients each day through multiple channels in a live client support environment* Be a key part in monitoring, facilitating and improving operational processes and working with our back-office to deliver an exceptional service to our clients## Profil recherché### We're looking for people who:* Want to make a difference.
