Develop prototypes and perform hands-on coding to develop and integrate the application user interface, leveraging technologies such as ReactJS, Java, Swift, and various APIs.The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding and experience in concept development, visual exploration, and final execution of design directions. Collaboration across teams to ensure on-brand and technically sound visual design solutions is essential. Key competencies include concept development for websites, banner ads, prototypes, and a strong understanding of Information Architecture, usability, and user interface issues, with the ability to produce interactive solutions.Requirements:Deep expertise in design and front-end developmentResponsible for validating additions to the Library, in both Design Assets and Code SnippetsExpertise in FigmaGuide other contributors on workflow, component composition, and auto-layout normsGood communication skills and engaging personalityFacilitate regular client reviews of component additions to the Design Language System (DLS), articulating the valueTechnical writer capable of succinct documentation of components and patternsDetail-oriented with a focus on high-quality reference code snippets and design assetsComfortable with DLS governance and toolsCombine tools to minimize manual management and avoid design system driftExperience leading teams creating Design Language Systems and component librariesTrack record of managing design teams in large-scale/global programsMinimum 12 years of experience in Design and Development #J-18808-Ljbffr
