Ruby Labs is building a category-defining document management platform and seeks a Senior CRO Manager who owns end-to-end optimization across the full user journey. You will dissect funnels, generate hypotheses, create high-fidelity wireframes, and work directly with engineers to ship experiments rapidly.
In this role you’ll push for fast learning with AI-assisted research, measure outcomes with rigorous analytics, and present insights to stakeholders.
