With a curation of nearly 500 brands, and our own label, Sephora Collection, we offer the most unique and diverse range of products: fragrances, makeup, hair care, skincare... and much more.As a Specialist, and a valued member of the Roma via del Corso team, you will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions:Manage your floor comprehensively, encompassing one or more of the four key product categories in our stores (makeup, skincare, fragrance, Sephora Collection).Facilitate communication between the Store Manager and the Beauty Advisor team.Support Managers in daily activities, actively contributing to the development of the store's commercial and HR strategy.Monitor and analyze team KPIs, motivating the team to achieve results.Coordinate commercial and organizational activities (promotions, events, new product launches, CRM campaigns, etc.).Manage the stockroom, maintaining optimal stock levels in accordance with product replenishment cycles and merchandising strategies.Implement company procedures (regulations, safety procedures) and commercial policies (pricing, promotions, communication) established by central departments.Train new hires and guide them through their growth and development path in collaboration with Managers.Interact trustfully & openly with diverse groups of people, building relationships within and beyond the organization.
