But it's our unique opportunity to impact people's lives that makes ZOLL the ideal place to build your career.ActivitiesLead, coordinate, monitor, and develop your team (recruitment, training, semi-annual and annual reviews, skill assessments, regular follow-up points).Adapt resources and organization of the service according to company growth.Control data consistency in the ERP necessary for organization and patient file tracking.Measure and pilot service performance, analyze gaps, develop action plans, and monitor corrective measures to ensure operational excellence.Train the sales force on standard and activity-specific procedures (workshop format).Create reports based on new needs for the sales force or operational performance measurement.Provide various reports to sales, management, and EMEA for activity monitoring and overall service performance measurement.Define SMART objectives for team members in line with ZOLL France and Europe guidelines.Guarantee the telephony service rate defined by the subsidiary or at the EMEA level.Manage administrative and contractual documents of PSRs, monitor PSR certification.Oversee the monthly activity of PSRs according to rules of assignment and mission volume.Prioritize and optimize service organization (scheduling, leave management).Support change management related to continuous improvement.Ensure compliance with internal rules and processes.Participate in cross-functional projects.Write and update procedures according to ISO standards.Apply ISO procedures and follow the company's quality approach.Participate in work meetings and provide feedback on procedure implementation.ZOLL is a fast-growing company operating in more than 140 countries worldwide.
