Perform code review, provide recommendations and directions for continuous improvement of the code quality, technical debt reduction, unit tests, coding standardsCollaborate with architecture team to update and/or build the technical designs.Coach and train developers, help them to implement the software in line with the designs and standards, and to become independent on technical aspectsSelf‑manage in designing the technical stack for development projects.
