Responsibilities and Role Overview Managed your caseload of Tier 1 payroll requests, responding to inquiries and facilitating transactional execution on payroll processes, exceeding Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and service‑quality standards. Served as the primary point of contact for payroll inquiries from regional EMEA Associate Groups, focusing on France and providing support to other countries as needed. Managed the full payroll cycle: collected, validated, and entered payroll data; ensured timely payment of salaries in compliance with statutory and collective regulations; coordinated with payroll providers for applicable countries. Co‑ordinated with external payroll vendors to guarantee accurate calculations and timely submissions of social‑security contributions, taxes, and other statutory obligations. Collaborated with HR and finance on monthly payroll activities, updating the HRIS, and sharing timely hire, leaver, transfer, promotion, and organisational changes. Supported internal and external audits (including SOX compliance), documented procedures, and maintained internal controls. Corresponded with tax authorities, health‑insurance companies, social‑security institutions, and other regulatory bodies. Processed supplementary insurance and pension plans. Prepared payroll reporting and statistics, issued certificates and forms, reconciled accounts with the finance department, and supported annual financial‑statement preparation. Essential Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Human Resources, or related field, and minimum 2 years of proven payroll execution experience. In‑depth knowledge of French labour, tax, and social‑security regulations; additional country‑specific knowledge is a plus. Experience working within multicultural, international teams and collaborating with Finance and HR business partners. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information while demonstrating strong communication, tone, messaging, execution, planning, and ownership skills. Problem‑solving and results‑oriented mindset with excellent organisational abilities. Proficiency in French and English; additional European languages welcomed. Knowledge of HRIS (preferably Workday), and proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
