Within the Global Controlling team, the Holding WW & Central Costs Controlling Manager is responsible for managing the Budget of Holding WW and the profitability of Sephora WW's central costs by ensuring the following missions.

**Be responsible for controlling the Holding WW of the Sephora Group**:

- Ensure compliance with the Budget of Holding WW, in close collaboration with the Global Departments and the HR Department.
- Ensure compliance with the expenses and commitments of the WW operational departments within the framework of the Budget. Establish active collaboration with the operational departments and be responsible for efficient monitoring of commitments throughout the year. Alert in advance of any risk of deviation from the Budget.
- For all monthly financial closings:

- Perform the financial closing of the full P&L of the HWW, in close collaboration with the accounting department, the Global Consolidation/Reporting team and the Operational Departments
- Present the results of the HWW closing to top management
- Lead and present each month the closing results with each of the operational departments to ensure efficient management of their Budget. Ensure a rolling forecast and a review of commitments each month.
- For all Budget and Strategic Plan phases: develop the forecast of the HWW P&L in close collaboration with each Global operational department. Presentation of all payroll, Opex and Capex effects to top management.With the Global Corporate Finance team, ensure the monitoring and communication of management fees and royalties re-invoicing to all subsidiaries.**Be responsible for controlling the Marketing, Tech, Supply and Corporate costs of all regional P&Ls o Build a solid framework for controlling central costs (Marketing, Tech, Corporate and Supply) across all regions**:

- Develop cost tracking dashboards and KPIs on central costs, in close collaboration with the regions and Global Operational Departments on each of the dedicated scopes.
- Establish quarterly reviews on the evolution of these costs with the regions, and in partnership with the Global Functions.
- Develop benchmarks and analyses of central costs to establish relevant comparisons between countries and regions. Identify best practices and levers for action, to be shared within the regions.Establish a specific focus on the management control of Sephora's Tech costs.**CAPEX Focus**:

- Be responsible for the capex Budget of Holding WW: prepare the Capex forecasting envelopes + depreciation costs with the operational departments.
- Ensure compliance with the budgetary envelope of the HWW's capex, in particular through monthly and dynamic monitoring of commitments. Alert to any deviation from the Budget.
- Establish the analyses of the Capex of Holding WW: for all quarterly, annual and budgetary closing phases.Lead the TECH investment project validation process at the Global Sephora level. Establish summary notes, present the projects to the CFO and COO Worldwide.- Holder of a Master's degree, you have acquired solid financial experience and have a minimum of 12 years of experience in Finance, in management control
- Experience as a business partner with operational teams is required.
- Experience in the field of beauty, cosmetics and / or retail is a plus.
