Join to apply for the Area Manager H/F role at Talents Commerciaux.Talents Executive (Groupe Linking Talents) is a recruitment firm that assists companies in hiring executives across support functions: Finance, Human Resources, Legal, Payroll, Marketing/Communication, and Procurement/Supply.We are looking for an Area Manager (H/F) for our client, an international lingerie brand, based in Paris. Reporting to the Retail France Directorate and in close contact with the international team, you will be responsible for a perimeter of 6 stores in Île-de-France, managing large teams. You will drive commercial performance, coordinate Store Managers, and foster a positive and motivating dynamic in a rapidly growing environment.Vos MissionsRecruit, supervise and develop Store Managers.Support teams in skill development and deploy training actions.Unite, motivate and retain teams (20 to 50 collaborators per store).Analyze commercial and financial performance and deploy action plans.Control expenses, coordinate operations and ensure compliance with procedures and standards.Organize and supervise inventories.Ensure a premium customer experience, convey brand values and implement commercial strategies on the ground.You have at least 4 years of experience in a multi‑site function in retail, preferably in lingerie, cosmetics, fashion, or premium retail. As an on‑ground manager, you know how to rally and support your Store Managers toward excellence, adopting an demanding, caring, and empowering posture.You thrive in high‑volume environments while being attentive to operational excellence and customer experience quality. Your organizational sense, relational intelligence, and leadership enable you to create a positive and lasting dynamic in your perimeter.Fluent English at an oral level is essential to interact with the international management.Statut cadre – forfait joursRémunération fixe brute annuelle : €50‑55 K + variable bonus indexed on the achievement of individual objectives and participation.Vehicle allowance (B license required), optional telework 1‑2 days per week with frequent store visits. #J-18808-Ljbffr
