As a Global Applications and SAP - Finance Domain Manager, reporting to the Performance, Global apps & Core ERP - Director, you will be in charge of:Lead and manage finance-related IT projects from conception through to completion within agreed timeframes and budgetsMaintain an in-depth understanding of SAP FICO and all other group finance applicationsAct as the main point of contact between Finance business partners across all offices, ensuring alignment of IT strategies with business objectives worldwideIdentify opportunities for system improvements to enhance financial reporting accuracy and efficiencyProvide leadership in troubleshooting issues that arise in the operation of financial applicationsPrepare regular reports on project status, budgeting, and performance against objectivesContribute to change management strategies to facilitate the adoption of new systems across business unitsCoordinate with various stakeholders including business units, IT teams, external vendors to ensure seamless operation of finance applicationsEnsure rigorous testing processes are in place for all updates, upgrades, or new implementations before going liveYour profileMaster degree in Computer Science or in Finance fieldAt least 8 years of experience in IT with a focus on financial applications management. Demonstrated experience in leading complex projects within finance domains is essentialProven experience managing large-scale IT projects within finance domainsPrevious experience in a financial team management position would be an assetProficiency in SAP FICO requiredStrong understanding of integration techniques between ERP systems and other enterprise software solutionsTeam-oriented with good interpersonal skillsStrong analytical skills with the ability to communicate effectivelyExcellent organizational abilities includingStrong leadership qualities with proven capacity to guide teams towards achieving goalsOutstanding interpersonal skills with proficiency in English; French language skills are beneficial considering the locationAbility to work independently while also being a collaborative team playerAnalytical thinking and problem-solving skillsEnthusiasm and a positive attitude toward challengesFluent English & FrenchWhat drives usAt Nexans, purpose, excellence and people drive us.
