L’entreprise est autofinancée et rentable.Descriptif du posteRattaché(e) à un co-fondateur de Walter Learning, le/la Head of Learning Experience aura pour mission d’assurer le bon déroulement des formations en ligne, en structurant et en optimisant les équipes de Learning Experience, réparties en trois sous-équipes : support, support proactif et conseil pédagogique. Il/elle devra garantir une expérience fluide et engageante pour les apprenants, tout en contribuant à la performance économique de l’activité. Les missions s’articulent autour de 3 axes principaux :Structuration et management des équipesEncadrer et faire monter en compétences une équipe de 15 personnes (management direct et indirect)Recruter et structurer une équipe en croissance rapideOptimisation du support et de l’engagement des apprenantsAméliorer le support pour répondre efficacement par mails, appels et outils d’automatisationDévelopper une approche proactive pour maximiser l’engagement et la génération de chiffre d’affairesDéployer des solutions technologiques (IA, automatisation) pour améliorer l’efficacité du support et l’expérience utilisateurIndustrialisation et montée en puissance du Learning ExperienceStructurer une organisation capable de gérer un volume élevé de formationsOptimiser les processus pédagogiques : suivi des apprenants, gestion des formateurs, amélioration continue des contenusParticiper au lancement de nouveaux projets stratégiques, notamment sur l’alternanceCollaborer avec les équipes commerciales et opérationnelles pour une exécution optimalePourquoi rejoindre Walter Learning ?Walter Learning révolutionne la formation en ligne avec un modèle alliant flexibilité, rigueur et innovation digitale.
