Clinical Operations Manager – Resilience Care Job Summary As a Clinical Operations Manager, you will join a dynamic, fast‑growing team at the forefront of digital and patient‑centered clinical research. Working closely with the Clinical Operations Lead, you will be directly involved in the execution of high‑visibility studies (RIPH2/3, RWE, PSP) across several therapeutic areas. This role consolidates on‑the‑ground expertise while expanding into stakeholder management, process structuring, regulatory submissions, and contractual follow‑up. Regular travel is expected. Your Daily Responsibilities Coordinate day‑to‑day operational and logistical activities of clinical studies, including site selection, initiation, monitoring, and close‑out. Support planning and follow‑up of visits; actively contribute to study meetings and track key performance indicators. Oversee study delivery at sites, ensuring quality and client satisfaction. Assist with regulatory submissions (ethics committees, ANSM) and monitor contractual workflows, including single‑site agreements, amendments, and budget annexes. Liaise with legal, clinical and institutional stakeholders to ensure compliance. Support the development of tools, trackers, SOPs and internal templates; maintain regulatory documentation and ensure audit‑readiness. Ensure ongoing compliance with GCP, Jardé Law, ICH guidelines, and GDPR. Lead regular meetings with direct reports; contribute to CRA training and development; support line management of operational staff. Monitor and support operational performance based on internal KPIs and quality metrics. Work closely with Medical, Life Sciences, Data, and Product teams; participate in internal alignment meetings and external study governance committees; contribute to clinical operations initiatives and cross‑functional projects. What You'll Bring A degree in life sciences, pharmacy, clinical research, or biomedical engineering. 4+ years of experience in clinical research (CRA, site manager, or junior project management). Professional fluency in both French and English, written and spoken. Structured, rigorous and autonomous with strong prioritization skills. Ability to thrive in fast‑moving, cross‑functional environments. Curious, resourceful and an excellent communicator. Desire to grow in an environment where ownership, impact and collaboration are key.
