You will serve as Biogen’s Manager, BDH Digital Clinical Operations reporting to Head, Digital Clinical Operations Excellence.

**Job Description**:
What You’ll Do
- Managing the development and execution of the clinical operations and study management strategy and tactics for BDH clinical studies, including those matrixed into R&D or WM
- Maintaining GxP compliance, effective use of contracting resources, and regular study management cadence, including SMT leadership for responsible studies
- Supporting quality and operational oversight systems to ensure data quality and compliance with applicable regulatory or industry standards (e.g. GCP)

**Qualifications**:

- B.A. or B.Sc. in a scientific discipline; advanced degree preferred.
- Approximately 4-6 years of clinical research / project management experience with a sponsor managing clinical trials within quality, timeline, and budget expectations
- Prior investigator site and/or monitoring experience is required
- Deep understanding of clinical development
- Experience working within cross functional drug development
- Scientifically astute with a high degree of learning agility
- Requires a balance of scientific and operational/project management and team leadership expertise
- Excellent communication skills and team leadership experience required
- Possess an entrepreneurial attitude and comfort with ambiguity
- Prior digital health or learning health system experience is required
