OverviewPosition summary: The position is responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency, productivity, and overall operational performance. This role requires a deep understanding of supply chain processes, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives. Analyze existing supply chain processes to identify areas for improvement. Develop and implement process improvement strategies to optimize efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction. Use process mapping and flowchart techniques to document and redesign workflows. Collect and analyze data to measure process performance and identify trends. Utilize data analytics tools to generate insights and support decision-making. Lead and manage process improvement projects from inception to completion. Develop project plans, set timelines, and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of project goals. Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to achieve desired outcomes. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including procurement, logistics, warehousing, and customer service, to implement process improvements. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to gain buy-in and support for process changes. Provide training and support to team members on new processes and best practices. Ensure that all process improvements comply with industry regulations and company policies and procedures. Monitor and maintain quality standards across all supply chain processes. Identify and implement technology solutions to automate and streamline supply chain processes. Collaborate with IT teams to integrate new systems and tools into existing workflows. Performs work related to CSR reporting within the scope of work and in cooperation with other stakeholders in reporting.
