Rocket4sales accompagne une MarTech/AdTech spécialisée dans l’optimisation de l’expérience utilisateur (UX) grâce à une IA no-code, dans le recrutement de leur futur(e) Sales and Partnership Manager Leur plateforme analyse le contenu et le comportement des visiteurs et suggère des améliorations pour chaque visiteur. Vos missions principales: Animation et Développement du réseau d'agences partenaires, Gérer et développer de fortes relations avec les top partenaires sur le long-terme. Pilotage des partenariats : Construction de stratégies et incentives, suivi des KPIS, analyse des performances et business review trimestrielles. Développement commercial : new business, sécuriser les renouvellements et faire de l’upsell sur les clients existants. Gérer les négociations commerciales et fluidifier les échanges entre les équipes commerciales et les équipes partenaires. Formation des partenaires sur les solutions et animation du réseau. Votre profil : Minimum 3 ans d’expérience en gestion et développement de partenariats B2B Martech/Adtech, Saas. À l’aise avec la prospection et/ou la chasse de nouveaux comptes Solide expérience en pilotage d’un portefeuille clients/partenaires Rémunération : package jusqu'à 80 K€ (fixe+variable) selon le profil. #J-18808-Ljbffr
