The Site Manager is located in Fos-sur-Mer, reporting directly to the AGS Group CEO. THE ROLE The Site Manager is responsible for overseeing daily business activities, improving overall business functions, training heads of departments, managing budgets, developing strategic plans, creating policies, and communicating business goals. Main Scope Oversee the site QHSE management system and strongly contribute to the zero-accident policy of the AGS Group Running day-to-day operations and guiding general business strategy Budget execution and meeting contractual KPIs Tracking cash flow and setting goals for their team Developing key performance goals and managing the performance of staff Creating and implementing strategies for business growth Create, deploy, and supervise company procedures Staff oversight (hiring, training, retention, motivation, dismissal, taking disciplinary actions whenever needed) Strong skills in people management Well-versed in dealing with unions and managing difficult situations and conflict Ensuring that the team delivers a high-quality service to the Customer(s) Developing new solutions to meet Customers’ needs Improving internal processes for better productivity Overseeing large projects and interpreting performance reports Managing the budget and monitoring the financial health of the site(s) within his perimeter of responsibility Knowledge And Experience Business management degree or relevant equivalent experience in the same field or similar Good knowledge of different business functions.
